Ridge is a training firm with a successful 25-year history. Their tested and proven PeopleSkills technology relied exclusively on live demonstrations of the skills. Ridge trainers were excellent, but exclusive reliance on trainers to model the skills meant that Ridge’s training was not easily delivered by in-house client trainers. Quality sometimes suffered. Ridge’s clients were demanding a more ‘high-tech’ approach to training, and they were looking for tools to help them reinforce the skills after the workshop was over. Quite predictably, Ridge’s trainers were afraid video would replace them.

Ridge turned to us to for a series of videos to help them move into their next phase.
