level of distinction to the person "shopping" for a training
consultant?
Ridge Associates is a privately held, medium-sized training firm
that has been in business for 25 years. They are known for their
thoughtful, relentless attention to detail and the unparalleled
quality of their trainers and training products. Ridge needed to
communicate their distinction quickly, clearly, and memorably.
Ridge has been one of those well-kept secrets. They've carefully
built lasting relationships with Fortune 1000 companies. And those
relationships have endured. Some have spanned decades. Because of
Ridge's reputation, the phone kept ringing; aggressive marketing
wasnt really needed.
But, as with all industries, the market began to change. The training
industry began to experience mergers and acquisitions that created
corporate giants. Competition became intense. In this market environment,
the boutique image no longer served Ridge.
We produced a 15-minute video brochure highlighting Ridges
capabilities and philosophies. We worked closely with the CEO to
bring the best of Ridge to the viewer, while always mindful of the
need to serve the audience, the viewer. What do prospective clients
need and want to know? Why should they care?
The result is a jewel. Using Ridge employees, Ridge clients, and
footage captured during a Ridge workshop; the piece showcases and
persuasively communicates the quiet intelligence, deep thoughtfulness,
and effectiveness of the Ridge approach.
